Dear Loyola School buddies,
It’s time to reconnect & celebrate. Very soon we would have completed 50 years of passing out. It's hard to believe, isn’t it? Half a century has passed since we walked out of the Loyola School gates. Young, restless & ready to chase dreams we could barely define. We scattered across cities, countries & continents, each weaving a story shaped by time & experience. With social media not yet invented we found difficult to even be in touch. And sure enough, many of us lost touch with one another, barring a few. And yet, in our core, we remained dedicated & committed Loyoleans, moulded by the same classrooms, laughter in the corridors, scurrying out to play handball during the recess, drooling over mangoes in summer or grabbing a dosa at Swami’s food pushcart & friendship that has stood the test of time.
Now, the moment has come for us to gather again in Jamshedpur to celebrate the golden milestone of our journey. This is more than a reunion. It’s a tribute to the lives we've lived, the friendships we've cherished & the roots that keep calling us home. A joyful, tearful, unforgettable moment that honors our past & reminds us of the gift of togetherness.
We’re not the boys we were. The years have added wisdom, softened edges & etched stories into our faces. Like the proverbial John Wayne or Clint Eastwood’s weather beaten faces we cherished so much in those Saturday morning shows in our auditorium! Those boys are all men now, older & wiser with grey hair, successful in whatever they have undertaken in their careers.

But now, comes a piquant moment for us, i.e. how do we relive the past?
Some of our batchmates have already departed to the other world & the truth is we don’t know how many more chances we’ll have to embrace, reminisce & say, “I’m so glad you came.” So let’s not wait.
Come, not just to remember but to relive. To laugh as if we were back

Come, not just to remember but to relive. To laugh as if we were back in Loyola School Jamshedpur. To raise a toast to those we've lost. Let’s make our 50th anniversary memories come alive. Bring your families (spouses & children) too. It’s a chance to relieve the old days & create new memories together. Let’s make this gathering unforgettable. See you in Jamshedpur on Thu 8th to Sun 11th Jan 2026 in the Wave International Resort (https://www.thewaveinternational.com/).
The class of 1976 awaits you & promise each other that the spirit of Loyola will never fade.
Let’s come home, back to Jampot. Maybe for some of us, one last time.
